By integrating Screver for real-time user insights and connecting it with Emma for targeted communication, Skiline gained a dynamic, data-driven platform ready for the future of digital winter sports.

A Fresh Start: Redesign from the Ground Up

Capptoo played a central role in the complete redesign of the Skiline application, delivering a new era of user experience for one of the world’s most recognized winter sports platforms. The collaboration went far beyond cosmetic changes, as it touched every part of the app’s design and functionality. Our goal was to redefine how digital winter sports experiences could be delivered to users in a seamless, enjoyable way.

The entire UX/UI redesign involved reconsidering every screen, navigation element, and user interaction.

Our design team focused on making the app faster, more intuitive, and more visually appealing to a global audience of skiers and snowboarders. This was not simply about aesthetics, but about creating a digital environment that feels natural, smooth, and rewarding for users in action-packed settings.

Alongside UX and UI, Capptoo created an entirely new set of visual graphics and a consistent design style. This gave Skiline a fresh and modern look while ensuring that its identity remained distinctive within the competitive tourism technology market. By designing all assets from scratch, we ensured that Skiline could establish a unique and recognizable brand presence across its digital ecosystem.

Interaction design was another crucial part of this process. We restructured workflows to enable users to easily log, track, and share their skiing experiences with minimal effort. This streamlining allowed Skiline to better align with the fast-paced nature of winter sports, where clarity and speed are essential.

Real-Time User Insights with Screver

One of the central innovations of this redesign was the integration of Screver, Capptoo’s scalable feedback and data collection system. By embedding Screver directly into Skiline, we provided Alturos with a tool to capture user insights instantly and continuously. This gave them an immediate connection to the voices and preferences of their diverse user base.

The system allowed for real-time analysis of user satisfaction and experience. This meant that instead of waiting for periodic reviews or slow surveys, Skiline operators could respond directly to feedback as it happened. Such agility is crucial in digital tourism, where user expectations shift rapidly, and competition is intense.

Screver also made it possible to distribute targeted surveys to thousands of users across international ski resorts simultaneously. This level of scalability enabled the gathering of insights daily from a broad, global audience. The ability to capture this feedback ensured Skiline could maintain relevance across markets and continuously improve its services.

Finally, we ensured seamless integration of Screver with Emma, Alturos’ digital marketing platform. This allowed Skiline to coordinate communication and segmentation strategies effectively. In practice, this meant that marketing messages could be better tailored to user groups, closing the loop between feedback and engagement.
