In summer 2024, Capptoo provided specific event management support for a key pharmaceutical client at a high-profile NHS England conference and exhibition in one of the major cities in England.

Communication Flow with Attendees: We establish a comprehensive communication strategy that begins in advance of an event to ensure meaningful engagement. Our team conducts a pre-event workshop with our client, where we refine their messaging and develop engaging content for the upcoming event. 

We set a 100% follow-up date within two weeks post-event, ensuring that every connection made was nurtured and leveraged.

Creating an Engaging Stand at the Expo: 

Our goal is to attract and engage attendees during the particular expo. Therefore, we design our client’s stand’s visual and experiential elements to align with their brand identity.

We specialise in designing striking key features, unique for each client. One of our striking designs combines offline, physical, and online digital installations, which reflect and present the client’s message and visualize factual communication and feedback from the HCPs involved with the client.

Our designs range from simple narrative installations to complex, multilevel storytelling installations throughout the city and the Expo venue. Our designers create artistic and communicative visualisations and manifestations for digital messages, crafting an emotional and hands-on experience in the physical world.

The emotional value of such messages reinforces our client’s brand values while creating a memorable and interactive experience for attendees. Accordingly, we design specific landing pages for those projects, connecting the digital presence of our client seamlessly with their physical expo presence.

Onsite, during the Expo:

Gathering Opt-ins: We implement a series of strategic touchpoints, ensuring a minimum of three interactions with each attendee. This included personalized invitations, onsite engagements at the stand, and post-event follow-ups, all designed to secure opt-ins for ongoing communication.
